Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading modernization efforts for legacy applications and driving Specialty Pharmacy initiatives, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will develop integrated AI workflows while mentoring team members and collaborating with key stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and modernize legacy applications with integrated AI workflows
• Provide strategic leadership and architectural guidance for software development projects
• Mentor team members and influence product development decisions in collaboration with architecture and management teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of backend technology experience, including Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, Go, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra
• 5+ years of experience in architecting and delivering scalable microservices-based applications
• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD practices, source control (git), and automated testing frameworks
• 4+ years of experience with large public cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
