Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a technical leader on the Developer Experience team, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will define and drive the strategy for AI-assisted developer platforms and foundational engineering productivity systems, collaborating across the organization to enhance developer workflows and tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical strategy for the AI-assisted developer experience platform
• Lead architecture decisions and author RFCs/ADRs to shape developer infrastructure standards
• Build and evolve systems that enhance developer productivity, code quality, and engineering velocity

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, particularly with large-scale developer platforms or CI/CD systems
• 4+ years of experience with build systems and continuous integration platforms like Gradle or CircleCI
• Proficiency in TypeScript and hands-on experience with Java and/or Python
• 1+ years of experience with AI-assisted development tooling and related workflows
• Strong architectural and systems design skills, with experience in authoring technical proposals
