Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Staff Software Engineer (AI-Native Full-Stack) to work remotely, who will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to champion AI development practices, mentor engineers, and build robust systems while influencing architectural direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product, executive leadership, design, sales, and marketing to build effective solutions
• Champion AI development practices and mentor the engineering organization to enhance sprint velocity and code quality
• Build and maintain systems that operate securely and robustly at scale

Required Qualifications

• Mastery of large-scale services using Ruby, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PHP
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, relational databases (MySQL/Postgres), and AWS infrastructure (Aurora, RDS, SQS)
• Experience with AI-native workflows, utilizing AI tools to enhance the development lifecycle
• Ability to represent the engineering team in high-stakes discussions with non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
