Job Summary

Seeking a highly technical Staff Software Engineer for a full-time remote position in Data Solutions & Measurement, who will design, implement, scale, and maintain backend systems while influencing junior engineers and collaborating across multiple teams to drive innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, scale, and maintain backend systems that process large volumes of data
• Work on event-driven and API-based integrations, contributing to migration efforts toward a scalable architecture
• Collaborate closely with data science and engineering teams to investigate technical problems and propose solutions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of backend software engineering experience with strong technical depth
• Proficiency in Java and familiarity with languages such as Python, Scala, or Go
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and architecture
• Experience with heavy data processing tools like Spark and Kafka
• Background in building or maintaining complex, real-time, high-volume systems
