Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design and maintain a payment integrations platform, shape the technical roadmap, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the payment integrations platform, including partner APIs and SDKs
• Drive the technical roadmap for the Partner Engineering team while ensuring scalability and reliability
• Mentor engineers and uphold team standards through best practices and code reviews

Required qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 4 years of experience with Java and proficiency in Spring, Gradle, JUnit, and JVM tuning
• Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture, REST APIs, and scalable distributed systems
• Familiarity with AWS services and containerization
• Proven ability to lead the delivery of high-impact products on time and with quality
