Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance a technology platform for care providers and members, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will design and implement population health management tools, leverage AI-assisted development, and build data models to support clinical care.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement population health management tools and cloud infrastructure
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate feature delivery and improve code quality
• Build and maintain data models in dbt for analytics and reporting that inform clinical care

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience writing production code
• At least 2+ years of experience leading an engineering team
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants in daily workflows
• Comfort with writing and debating design documents
• Passion for mission-oriented work in health tech
