Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and architecture of major systems, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will build and optimize software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of software systems to ensure they are scalable and maintainable
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements that meet client needs
• Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new technologies to enhance software performance and development processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 8-12 years of related work experience
• Proficient in Python with experience in Django or other ORM
• Previous experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience utilizing AI tools and handling large transactional processing at scale
