Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Delivering high-impact full stack engineering solutions, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will own end-to-end feature development, system reliability, and performance optimization in a remote environment, leveraging AI to enhance coding efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy full stack features across frontend and backend systems while ensuring scalability and maintainability
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot production issues to maintain system stability and uptime
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions within an agile framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong track record of delivering scalable applications
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React and backend technologies including Java and Node.js
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and system reliability
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and system reliability practices in regulated environments
