Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Staff Software Engineer to lead the Trust & Safety Engineering team remotely, focusing on architecting digital solutions to enforce critical Trust & Safety policies while mentoring senior engineers and building scalable systems to protect mental health ecosystems.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement product-based solutions to mitigate threats such as fraud and billing anomalies
• Lead the development of robust custom tools and leverage industry solutions for Trust & Safety initiatives
• Mentor team members and oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring sustainable results

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 1+ years of experience working on Trust & Safety systems
• Experience forming and leading a new engineering team
• Fullstack experience with modern database-backed web applications
• Proficiency in microservice development and mentoring others
