Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building a greenfield platform from the ground up, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will develop end-to-end data pipelines, automation workflows, and analytics for a healthcare revenue cycle management company, working remotely and directly with the CTO.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a new technology platform, including data pipelines and product surfaces
• Create agent-driven workflows and automation to enhance operational efficiency for revenue cycle teams
• Transform ambiguous operational challenges into effective software solutions while maintaining high standards for code quality

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in building and shipping production full-stack software
• Strong fundamentals in system design, testing discipline, and code review
• Proficiency with agentic coding tools and a demonstrable workflow that enhances productivity
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership of problem definition and outcomes
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Python, Azure, and Databricks is preferred
