Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, and debug software applications, ensuring optimal performance and security of APIs
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and share knowledge among team members

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing software in Golang
• 4+ years of experience designing, deploying, and operating services in Kubernetes-based environments
• Proven track record of providing technical leadership for teams of 5+ software engineers
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Experience working within Agile development environments and using modern project management tools such as Jira
