Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Staff Software Engineer within the AI Simulation group, the candidate will act as the primary technical bridge between core Large Quantitative Models and ambitious client contracts, ensuring technical enablement and success through independent problem-solving and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate technical delivery by auditing workflows and managing the execution of client contracts
• Architect and develop solutions to extend existing tools and automate complex R&D workflows
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, translating technical needs between researchers and product teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with cloud orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and workflow management tools like Airflow
• Technical expertise in building REST APIs and managing database systems
• Proven ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering systems in fast-paced environments
