Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of a cutting-edge AI platform, the remote Staff Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain core infrastructure while leveraging expertise in Python and Rust to ensure platform stability and scalability.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of foundational components for the Agentic AI platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create platform solutions that empower developers
• Provide production support and troubleshooting expertise to ensure smooth platform operation

Required qualifications:

• US Citizenship or Greencard due to US Government contract requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8-10+ years of software and platform engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Expertise in Rust and experience in building high-performance systems
• Demonstrated expertise in database architecture and scalable data systems
