Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a self-starting Staff Software Engineer for a full-time remote or on-site position focused on developing and maintaining automated operations for mission management products, requiring expertise in software design, implementation, and performance optimization.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain software for mission management services
• Participate in design and code reviews, as well as team planning discussions
• Identify and communicate problems with requirements early in the development process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of eight years of relevant software development experience
• Fluency in Python and strong understanding of Go
• Expert knowledge of software design, maintenance, and implementation
• Demonstrated initiative in identifying and solving problems in the field of expertise
