Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the technical direction of the OpenBlue Airwall Zero Trust Networking technology, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will ensure product quality, lead architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while working remotely within the US.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and stability of the OpenBlue Airwall product portfolio
• Lead the development of new mechanisms for monitoring data health from edge to cloud
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and deliver scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems or complex software architectures
• Expertise in C++ and/or Rust, and the networking stack
• Experience with AI native development tools
• Experience with networking technologies such as VPN and IAM identity management
