Job Summary

As a full-time remote Staff Software Engineer, the successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of complex product initiatives, enhancing tools that streamline veterinary clinic operations and improve patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of product initiatives across web and mobile platforms
• Build and enhance React and React Native applications for veterinary professionals
• Mentor engineers and influence engineering direction while ensuring code quality and strong test coverage

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with complex, production-grade systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and React, with experience architecting large-scale front-end applications
• Proven ability to design scalable systems, APIs, and data models
• Solid experience with relational databases and optimizing queries
