Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs, and leveraging AI tools to enhance development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable and reliable systems, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements and deliver production software using AI tooling
• Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new technologies and methodologies to improve software performance and team efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 8-12 years of related work experience
• Strong command of C#/.NET 10 and Angular with TypeScript, Bootstrap, SCSS, and REST API development
• Proven experience deploying to cloud environments with Terraform
• Experience with secure multi-tenant and HIPAA-aligned data management
