Job Summary

To support the modernization of a critical transportation marketplace platform, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design and deliver scalable cloud-native services, lead complex technical initiatives, and enhance engineering standards while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver systems that span teams and business domains
• Shape long-term technical strategy while balancing pragmatism, delivery, and operational excellence
• Lead complex technical initiatives from concept through production

Required qualifications

• 8+ years building production software
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems in cloud environments
• Demonstrated technical leadership across multiple teams or large initiatives
• Strong system design, API design, and software architecture skills
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
