Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Staff Software Engineer will lead the design and architecture of major systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable and reliable software systems aligned with business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements that meet client needs
• Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance software performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 8-12 years of related work experience
• Strong command of C#/.NET 10 and Angular with TypeScript, Bootstrap, SCSS, and developing REST APIs
• Proven experience deploying to cloud environments with Terraform
• Experience with secure multi-tenant and HIPAA-aligned data management, managing PI and PHI
