Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To shape the technical strategy across Product Engineering teams, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will lead mobile application development, drive innovation, mentor engineers, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performing, scalable mobile applications
• Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for e-commerce mobile products, focusing on both Native and Hybrid applications
• Mentor and support the growth of junior to senior engineers through knowledge sharing and technical guidance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on mobile application development
• Extensive expertise in mobile development using both native (e.g., Swift, Kotlin) and hybrid technologies (e.g., Flutter)
• Experience with Spring Framework and building/integrating with RESTful APIs
• Strong background in mobile development best practices, including performance profiling and app optimization
