Job Summary

Owning critical domains, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will take ambiguous business problems from inception to production, making architectural decisions and influencing product direction while actively coding and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of product surfaces and platform capabilities, setting direction and making technical decisions
• Transform fuzzy business problems into scalable solutions, ensuring they effectively meet customer needs
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to shape project priorities and standards, while coaching senior engineers

Required qualifications

• Proven experience shipping production systems and making impactful architectural decisions
• Strong background in AI integration within software development processes
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and drive projects from concept to completion
• Experience working collaboratively with product managers and designers
• Fluency in both customer-focused and systems-oriented perspectives in software engineering
