Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of scalable full-stack systems, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design and build AI applications, lead engineering teams, and collaborate with business units to deliver production-ready solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and rapid delivery of full-stack applications, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder management
• Architect and implement AI-powered applications, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and LLM integrations
• Mentor engineers, establish engineering best practices, and foster a high-performing team culture focused on collaboration and communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Deep production experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript across full-stack development
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend API development
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Demonstrated fluency with AI coding tools and experience architecting generative AI applications
