Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team in Bangalore, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design and build scalable full-stack systems, develop AI applications, and lead engineering initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a flexible remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and rapid delivery of full-stack software systems that deliver measurable business value
• Architect and implement AI-powered applications, including production RAG systems and LLM integrations
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices in software development and AI-augmented workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Deep production experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript across backend and frontend
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend API development
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Demonstrated fluency with AI coding tools and experience architecting production generative AI applications
