Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To deliver scalable full-stack systems that provide business value, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will develop AI applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead engineering initiatives while working remotely from Bangalore.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack software systems, focusing on AI-powered applications and reusable frameworks
• Lead rapid delivery initiatives, coach teams on prototype-first approaches, and ensure smooth transitions from prototype to production
• Mentor engineers, influence senior stakeholders, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics to foster high-performing teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Deep production experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript across the full stack
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend API development
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Proven ability to architect production generative AI applications and lead technical initiatives across teams
