Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To deliver scalable full-stack systems that provide business value, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will develop AI applications, solve complex problems with business teams, create reusable frameworks, and lead engineers in Chennai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and rapid delivery of scalable software systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges
• Architect and implement AI-powered applications, including RAG systems and LLM integrations, while establishing best practices and standards
• Mentor engineers, foster high-performing teams, and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Deep production experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including modern frontend frameworks and backend API development
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Strong experience in architecting production generative AI applications and leading technical initiatives across multiple teams
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguous environments
