Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To drive innovative health solutions, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design and build scalable full-stack systems, develop AI applications, and lead engineering teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full-stack software systems that deliver business value and mentor engineers in best practices
• Architect and implement AI-powered applications, including RAG systems and LLM integrations, while establishing standards across teams
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive rapid delivery initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Deep production experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript across backend and frontend technologies
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend API development
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers in an agile environment
