Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of a cutting-edge machine learning platform, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will build and enhance features for multi-agent workflows, improve the Extensions framework, and expand inference infrastructure for large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance platform features that enable teams to design, test, and deploy multi-agent workflows at scale
• Enhance the Extensions framework to allow customers to build custom modules that extend platform functionality
• Expand the platform's inference infrastructure for high-throughput, low-latency serving of large language models

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and managing high-performance back-end systems in distributed computing environments
• Proficiency in designing and implementing secure, scalable APIs (e.g., RESTful APIs, gRPC)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying services in these environments
• Expertise in back-end development languages such as Python, Java, Scala, or Go
• Familiarity with traditional machine learning model development and AI workflows
