Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To advance the use of clinical AI, the remote full-time Staff Software Engineer will design, build, and launch user-facing products while collaborating with product managers and subject matter experts to create valuable software systems in a true full-stack role, focusing equally on frontend and backend development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch new multi-product features to enhance the quality of applications
• Create reusable frontend components that are responsive and accessible
• Collaborate across disciplines to understand user needs and iterate on new ideas

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on user-facing solutions
• 3+ years in a security-conscious environment
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Python
• Experience working with product managers to define requirements into incremental deliverables
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
