Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of a leading Identity Management product suite, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will design and develop large-scale Java-based applications, collaborate with distributed teams, and manage development tasks independently.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust identity management products for single- and multi-tenant environments
• Collaborate with product management and architects to enhance the identity platform and implement new features
• Work closely with customer support teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively

Required qualifications:

• Extensive experience in designing and developing large-scale applications using Java
• Strong understanding of HTTP and RESTful web services
• Familiarity with cloud architectures and deployment strategies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience using AI agents for functionality planning and implementation
• Ability to learn quickly and independently while understanding complex features and environments
