Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will contribute to full stack software development for the HungerRush 360 cloud POS system, focusing on coding, testing, and enhancing system functionality while mentoring other engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design, develop, and support new and existing applications
• Write high-quality code adhering to best practices in coding, compliance, security, and performance
• Utilize AI advancements to improve software development effectiveness and mentor junior engineers

Required qualifications

• Extensive professional experience, recommended 10+ years
• Proven success in delivering SaaS, E-Commerce, or consumer-facing web applications/APIs
• Deep experience with distributed systems and cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including C#, Azure, and SQL Server
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
