Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer in a full-time remote capacity, the role focuses on designing and building secure, scalable applications for the Sony Engagement Platform, while directing AI agents throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop RESTful API endpoints to ensure high performance and maintainability
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to create dynamic, user-centric web applications
• Direct and govern AI coding agents, ensuring adherence to delivery standards and maintaining documentation

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience with complex code bases
• Proficiency in Full Stack development and experience with Java, Go, or Python
• Strong skills in REST API design and implementation
• Highly proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiar with frameworks like React or Angular
• Experience with AI-native coding tools and knowledge of prompt engineering
