Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as a technical anchor for engineering teams, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will shape architecture, drive modernization, and cultivate engineering excellence in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead one or more engineering teams, providing technical direction and accountability while developing architecture and strategy for projects
• Champion the adoption of AI-driven development practices, designing and building AI capabilities that enhance workflows and product offerings
• Establish best practices in code quality, testing, and software design, while mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous growth

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with both strongly-typed and dynamically typed languages
• Proficiency across multiple technology stacks and demonstrated ability to modernize legacy applications
• Strong command of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and software engineering design patterns
• Hands-on experience building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI skills
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and a proven ability to drive their adoption within an engineering team
