Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating in a remote environment, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will work closely with front and back-end engineers, product managers, and designers to develop high-quality software, mentor team members, and participate in the entire software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor and review the work of frontend engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Design and develop unit and system tests to ensure confidence in production deployments
- Produce comprehensive software documentation and participate in code and design reviews
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of front-end software development experience with CSS/SASS, JavaScript, and HTML
- Proficiency in React or a similar front-end framework and Typescript
- Experience with front-end authentication and authorization flows
- Familiarity with Redux or other state management tools and modern CI/CD tooling
- Experience writing unit tests with Jest and e2e tests with Playwright or equivalent
