Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building autonomous AI-development infrastructure, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design and implement systems that enhance engineering workflows and increase productivity in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and build AI harness and scaffolding systems for operationalizing AI coding tools
• Architect and implement context engineering infrastructure to ensure AI tools are accurate and trustworthy
• Develop workflow automation that integrates AI assistance into CI/CD pipelines and developer feedback loops

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• 8+ years in professional software engineering roles
• Experience building developer tooling or AI-assisted workflow infrastructure in a production environment
• Strong engineering fundamentals in TypeScript and/or Python
• Hands-on expertise with AI coding tools and context engineering systems
