Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of cutting-edge AI solutions, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will build core products, deliver customer-specific integrations, and shape platform capabilities in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand their workflows and deliver tailored solutions
• Contribute to both the core platform and customer-specific integrations, ensuring scalable and reliable systems
• Build and deploy AI-enabled applications while translating customer needs into technical requirements and feedback for the core team

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in production-quality systems
• Experience applying AI and ML techniques, particularly LLM-based approaches
• Proficiency in scalable system design and backend engineering, including APIs and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to operate across the full stack and work in ambiguous customer environments
• Strong technical communication skills with diverse stakeholders
