Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

As the technical lead for third-party AI tools connectivity, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design secure integration architectures, build custom servers for internal tools, and mentor engineers while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Own third-party AI tools connectivity, ensuring secure authentication and data flow
• Design and evolve AI integration architecture with standards and reusable patterns
• Lead incident response and troubleshooting for integration issues across systems

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with production services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Strong programming skills in backend languages such as Python, Go, or Java
• Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth 2.0/2.1 and OIDC
• Experience with API integrations and engineering quality practices like CI/CD
