Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

To shape the next chapter of a large-scale CRM platform, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will manage technical strategy and architecture, mentor engineers, and write production-ready code while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and architecture for CRM initiatives, making data-driven tradeoffs across cost, scalability, and performance
• Drive large, cross-team initiatives from design through delivery, managing dependencies and unblocking teams
• Write high-leverage, production-ready code and design end-to-end observability for CRM and its integration services

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in SaaS or product engineering environments
• Deep knowledge of application scalability and experience with high-throughput, integration-heavy systems
• Proven experience evolving large codebases toward modular, event-driven architectures
• Hands-on experience with core application stack: Angular, Node.js/TypeScript, MySQL, and AWS
• Strong foundation in testing, CI/CD, and secure software development practices
