Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Providing hands-on technical leadership, the remote Staff Software Engineer will define the technical vision for the Content Platform, leading the full development cycle to build an AI-driven no-code content creation system that impacts millions of users daily.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision for the platform with a product-first mindset
- Lead and contribute to the full development cycle including design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Bachelor's and/or Master's/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Expertise in backend systems with large-scale service-oriented architecture
- Experience with Java, Kotlin, LangGraph, GraphQL, and both relational and NoSQL databases
- Passionate about efficiency, availability, and system quality
