Job Summary
Driving the evolution of enterprise reliability engineering, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will lead initiatives to enhance the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of critical technology platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve enterprise-wide Site Reliability Engineering practices and standards

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or distributed systems
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or TypeScript
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and CI/CD practices
- Proven ability to influence technical direction across multiple engineering organizations
