Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Driving architectural decisions for the frontend platform, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will enhance application performance, improve developer experience, and lead the development of AI-agent-driven engineering workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the architectural foundations of the frontend platform, including module boundaries and state management strategy
- Diagnose and fix performance issues while establishing performance budgets that scale across teams
- Build and maintain developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and internal systems that enhance engineering velocity
Required qualifications
- Real-world software engineering experience at a Staff level or equivalent scope/impact
- Deep expertise in modern frontend architecture, particularly with React or similar frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in improving frontend application performance at scale
- Experience designing and shipping internal developer tooling or platform infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with AI-agent-driven engineering workflows or a clear vision on building them
