Job Summary
To drive innovation and solve high-priority business problems, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will design, architect, prototype, and deploy solutions while acting as the technical owner across multiple teams, leveraging AI coding assistants and modern data architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for complex data and AI problems, ensuring scalable and reliable architectures
- Utilize AI coding assistants for development, building custom plugins and maintaining data pipelines
- Mentor engineers and define technical standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of software engineering experience in customer-facing or embedded technical roles
- Strong background in software architecture with hands-on experience using AI coding assistants
- Proficiency in building and deploying AI agents on AWS Bedrock AgentCore
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation and data engineering
- Full-stack development skills, including backend services and front-end interfaces
