Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing technology initiative, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will implement architectural designs, create applications, and mentor teammates in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture, focusing on microservices and application redesign
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define functional requirements and participate in design and code reviews
- Provide technical mentorship to team members and guide software design practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience with a strong understanding of application architecture principles
