Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Client Experience Frameworks group, the remote Staff Software Engineer will design and build framework-agnostic UI components, drive the adoption of the design system across product teams, and own end-to-end technical delivery while improving developer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build UI components that serve product teams across multiple frontend technologies
- Drive adoption of the design system, consulting with teams and unblocking migration efforts
- Own technical delivery by scoping work, making architecture decisions, and ensuring production readiness
Required qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and modern UI frameworks
- Experience with build systems and bundlers like Webpack or Vite
- Proven experience building or maintaining a design system or component library
