Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Staff Software Engineer in a full-time remote capacity, the successful candidate will lead technical direction and architectural discussions while building scalable full stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, C#/.NET, and AWS.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on technical leader, guiding architectural decisions and engineering standards across the team
- Design and implement event-driven architectures and build production-grade applications that enhance document management workflows
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure security and compliance throughout system design and implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications at scale
- 3+ years of experience providing technical leadership and influencing engineering direction and practices
- Deep experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
- Strong backend development experience with C#/.NET or Java and TypeScript/Node.js
