Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the architectural direction for frontend systems, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will focus on enhancing the restaurant partner experience through innovative onboarding, order management, and AI-enabled business intelligence tooling.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision for reimagining the partner experience, ensuring restaurant partners have the necessary tools for success
- Champion AI-native frontend development practices and establish architectural standards for micro-frontend composition and shared design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve partner-facing frontend systems and establish in-product business intelligence capabilities
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional development experience, with expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- 4+ years of production React experience and knowledge of micro-frontend architecture patterns
- Proven track record of standardizing frontend architecture, including design systems and monorepo tooling
- Experience building data-rich frontend experiences, such as dashboards and reporting interfaces
- Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating with business stakeholders on technology roadmaps
