Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of internal platforms, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will design and build infrastructure layers, CI/CD pipelines, and developer lifecycle tooling while mentoring engineers and driving reliability and scalability across the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver measurable improvements in performance and reliability by designing and building the internal platform layer
- Develop modern, scalable full-stack solutions primarily in Python and Node.js, integrating AI capabilities
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship across multiple domains, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Solid understanding of common architecture patterns and company-wide infrastructure
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) or similar AI technologies
- Expert level experience in unit testing, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
