Job Summary
Driving the development of a cutting-edge AI platform, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will remotely oversee the design and implementation of critical systems, ensuring performance and reliability while solving complex AI engineering challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Own significant parts of the AI platform, including API design and performance under load
- Build evaluation and benchmarking capabilities, ensuring safe production deployment of AI agents
- Set standards for compliance and observability, mentoring teams and enhancing integration processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in building and operating production systems
- Proven track record of shipping agentic systems to production
- Hands-on experience with multiple model providers and their practical differences
- Strong background in platform engineering, particularly for user-facing systems
- Experience with major public cloud platforms, including managing production workloads
