Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of AI capabilities within the product ecosystem, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will design and build LLM pipelines, create full-stack features using Python and FastAPI, and collaborate with product teams to enhance AI solutions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic LLM pipelines and full-stack product features
- Evaluate and iterate on LLM prompts and models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Strengthen the evaluation framework and improve production observability for AI workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, owning features end-to-end
- Strong full-stack web application experience in Python
- Proven experience shipping reliable LLM workflows to production
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and the prompt iteration lifecycle
