Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a product-minded Staff Software Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, who will own foundational platform capabilities, build next-generation APIs, and ensure high availability and scalability of mission-critical systems.
Key responsibilities
- Pioneer the AI-First Platform by developing APIs, SDKs, and Model Context Protocol servers for seamless interaction with the platform
- Own core capabilities end-to-end, architecting systems for high-throughput order processing and enterprise identity management
- Design for massive scale, ensuring operational resilience, observability, and adherence to service level objectives
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in designing robust, high-scale APIs and backend services
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, Go, Kubernetes, and GCP
- Demonstrated ability to write maintainable, production-ready software with a focus on quality
