Job Summary
As a full-time Staff Software Engineer specializing in full stack development, the candidate will define technical architecture, collaborate across teams on high-impact initiatives, and provide mentorship to engineers while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive technical architecture and strategy for systems that span multiple teams
- Partner with engineering and product leaders on complex initiatives while establishing engineering best practices

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in technical architecture across multiple teams
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch, along with designing RESTful APIs
- Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript, React, and modern frontend frameworks
- Strong command of CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps workflows
